Good clean detached rooms. There's also two apartment style rooms above reception. Not far from 7-11. This is my favorite place to stay when stopping in Phitsanulok.

My wife and I have stayed here twice while driving through Phitsanalouk. The rooms have always been clean, comfortable, and very affordable. The staff are friendly, helpful, and speak excellent English. It reminds me of what the motels …

Very clean. Nice decor. Simple but with style. Spacious room with a great price. Easy to park, which is right in front of the room. ||Locate on highway12, close to the town and most of the tourist's attractions. 15 minute walk to a shopping mall, easy to find restaurants and necessary items for traveling. |

420 Baht for a clean, relatively big bungalow for two people which looks and feels great. Flat screen tv, unfortunately only thai channels. Mini fridge. Free coffee and some cookies in the morning. Very nice and helpful staff as well, though their English is not good.

The villas are clean and comfortable with great bathrooms. The people working there are very friendly and helpful. Our motorbikes could be parked undercover in front of our rooms which was fantastic. It is close to the attractions in Phitsanulok. A calm oasis in a bustling city.

Good service and value for money...,clean room and king size bed, spacious car park.. You have to book the 2nd level room, the view on the 2nd floor was stunning during green season, every field was green, breakfast buffet style were jok(porridge), eggs and toasted bread with butter/jam. We stayed 2 nights after our Phayao roadtrip and before driving up to Bokluea,Nan.

Good place, silence,easy to find,price is reasonable a big lotus and 7-11 nearby, so it is fit for driving, u can park the car in front of ur house.felt safe and convenient.
